Dr.Thomas Lickona

Dr. Thomas Lickona, Ph.D., is a developmental psychologist, professor of education emeritus, and founding director of the Center for the 4th and 5th Rs (Respect and Responsibility) at the State University of New York at Cortland. Earlier in his career, he taught in the Psychology Department at SUNY Albany (1968–1970) and served as a visiting professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and at Boston University’s School of Education from 1978 to 1980.

​Widely regarded as a pioneer and “father of modern character education,” his writings on moral development, parenting, character education, and sexuality education include Moral Development and Behavior, Raising Good Children, Educating for Character, Character Matters, Smart & Good High Schools (with Matthew Davidson), and How to Raise Kind Kids. He earned his Ph.D. in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany in 1971and has received multiple national and international awards for lifetime contribution to moral and character education.

Fernando Reimers

Fernando M. Reimers is the Ford Foundation Professor of the Practice of International Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Director of its Global Education Innovation Initiative and International Education Policy Program. An expert on global education, his research examines how education policy, innovation, and leadership can help children and youth develop the competencies needed to thrive in the 21st century, including global competence and civic, social, and emotional skills. He has led comparative studies of national curricula in countries such as Chile, China, India, Mexico, Singapore, and the United States, including the volume Teaching and Learning for the Twenty-First Century: Educational Goals, Policies, and Curricula from Six Nations.

Reimers has advised governments, international organizations, universities, and schools across the Americas, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East on aligning education systems with ambitious goals for inclusion, democracy, sustainability, and human flourishing. He has played prominent roles in global education initiatives and commissions, including work related to UNESCO and other multilateral platforms, and has authored and edited numerous books on leading and transforming education systems in the context of globalization, technological change, and crises such as the Covid‑19 pandemic.

Dr. Allan N. Schore

Dr. Allan N. Schore is part-time clinical faculty in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and a leading figure in the fields of affect regulation, attachment, and interpersonal neurobiology. He is the author of several influential books, including Affect Regulation and the Origin of the Self, Affect Dysregulation and Disorders of the Self, Affect Regulation and the Repair of the Self, and The Science of the Art of Psychotherapy, as well as numerous articles and chapters that have shaped thinking in neuroscience, psychiatry, psychoanalysis, developmental psychology, infant mental health, trauma studies, and clinical practice.

​His work has helped bridge basic brain research and the psychotherapeutic treatment of children and adults, and he has served as series editor for the Norton Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology and as a reviewer or editorial board member for many scientific and clinical journals. Dr. Schore has received multiple honors for his contributions, including awards from divisions of the American Psychological Association, Honorary Membership in the American Psychoanalytic Association, and the Reiss-Davis Child Study Center Award for outstanding contributions to child and adolescent mental health, and he has maintained a private psychotherapy practice for decades.

Eduardo A. Hauser

Eduardo A. Hauser is a media, technology, and education executive, entrepreneur, and board member with more than two decades of leadership experience in the United States and Latin America. He is the former Managing Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at Scripps Networks Interactive, where he led the regional expansion of brands such as HGTV, Food Network, and Travel Channel, and previously founded Hauser & Co., an advisory and investment firm whose portfolio has included companies such as Vme Media and other media and technology ventures. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at the Cisneros Group and AOL Latin America, including helping create the joint venture that launched AOL in Latin America and contributing to the launch of DIRECTV Latin America.

In addition to his operating roles, Hauser has served on the boards of public, private, and nonprofit organizations, including RingCentral, National Public Radio (NPR), Vme Media, Pine Crest School, the journalism advisory board of the Knight Foundation, and the Duke University School of Law. He has also remained active as a trusted advisor and speaker on digital transformation and growth. With a civil law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela and Common Law degree from Duke University School of Law, Hauser is an expert in corporate governance and has served on several boards, including RingCentral, VMe Media, and GEMS. He is also passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations, having served on the boards of NPR, the Duke University Law School, the Pine Crest School, and the journalism board of the Knight Foundation. Eduardo is a Suncoast Emmy Award winner for his work with TED and a recognized industry leader by CableFax. He has two published patents in content personalization and distribution.

Dr. Eduardo Vicente D’Agostino

Dr. Eduardo Vicente D’Agostino is a physician and sexologist, Professor of Sexual Health in the Obstetrics program at the Catholic University of La Plata (UCALP) in Argentina. He has extensive experience in teaching and clinical practice in sexual health and education, with a particular focus on the promotion of human dignity, responsible sexuality, and the integration of bioethical principles into medical care and training.

​Over the course of his career, he has held academic and clinical roles related to gynecology, sexuality, and community health: Chair of Sexual Health in the School of Obstetrics, Catholic University of La Plata, UCALP. Is Medical Director at (of) SPOES, (Peruvian Society of Sexual Education and Guidance, Lima, Peru); Assistant Professor of the Chair of Gynecology ‘B’ of “Sexual Education in Gynecology" of the School of Medical Sciences, National University of La Plata; Assistant Professor of Sexuality and Health, at the Chair of Health and Community Medicine, School of Medicine, National University of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina; Guest Professor for Issues of “Human Sexuality”;  Post graduate specialization in Family Law at the Chair of Bioethics, UCALP, collaborating with Latin American organizations dedicated to sexual education and guidance. He regularly participates in conferences, training programs, and professional forums, contributing to public debate and professional formation on topics such as adolescent sexuality, sexual violence prevention, and family-oriented approaches to sexual health.

María García de Fleury

María García de Fleury is a familiar face to almost all schools and universities in her native Caracas. She works endlessly in assisting and encouraging the young in character, moral, ethical and religious preparation. Maria has a solid teaching experience of over 50 years, and impressive number of publications, has authored and co-authored books and publications on issues related to marriage preparation, values, education, ethics, family and human relations, among them  ¡Hablemos de hacer y ser familia! ¿En qué creo? Caminos hacia la Felicidad.

 Her own education in Psychology was concluded with honors at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello, and English at the English Language Institute of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. 

Venezuelan, wife and mother, she has been committed to social service from a young age and has always enjoyed teaching in a dynamic and engaging way, challenging some traditional models. She is deeply passionate about family life and finds her greatest joy in being with her loved ones. Her dream is to leave a legacy of hope, grounded in truth and in love for God and for others, without borders of any kind. This is what drives her to write.

Kathleen Succar de Chebly

Kathleen Succar de Chebly studied Fine Arts at the Catholic University in Lima, Peru and later finished her studies towards a teacher certificate at Mississippi University for Women. Later on, she did post graduate work in Education at the University of New Jersey. She worked in her private studio and taught at the American School of Lima, Franklin D. Roosevelt. Later she worked at Colegio Internacional de Caracas as department head and teacher of IB programs. She has been collaborating with the International Baccalaureate Organization since 2005 in assessment, curriculum and teacher support material writing. She has offered workshops and continues to work on assessment and global standardization for the IB. For social work she has actively collaborated with the Betania Foundation for many years and is now collaborating with Provive in the implementation and enhancing of the values education program Aprendiendo a Querer/Alive to the World.

Matthew Daniels, J.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Matthew Daniels, J.D., Ph.D., is Distinguished University Professor of Law, Political Science, and Human Rights at Anderson University in South Carolina and the founder of Good of All, a global public education movement advancing universal human rights in the Digital Age. Raised by a single mother in one of the most violent neighborhoods of Spanish Harlem, he journeyed from inner-city public schools to a full scholarship at Dartmouth College, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, and went on to earn both a law degree and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Ph.D. in American Politics from Brandeis University. His work harnessing digital media to promote human dignity has launched academic centers on three continents, reached tens of millions of people in multiple languages, and received support from major foundations, global security leaders, and educational institutions.

He is the author of Human Liberty 2.0: Advancing Universal Rights in the Digital Age (Simon & Schuster), which shares the stories of young people and adults who use social media as a force for freedom rather than fear. Building on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Gospel-centered vision, Dr. Daniels’s pioneering work on the application of the universal rights principles at the core of Dr. King's work to the forces of hatred, division, and violence in the Digital Age have led to the creation of K-12 curricula published by McGraw Hill Education and Share the Dream church curricula published by Harper Collins ChristianHis recent multimedia campaigns, including initiatives with NBA players and a new MLK curriculum highlighted by state and national media, invite a rising generation to see itself as a movement of peacemakers and bridge-builders in a fractured digital world.
